Special Issue of the Journal of MCDA


Associated with the EMO sessions at the MCDM'2011 conference is a special issue focusing on the presentation of current state-of-the-art methods in EMO to MCDM researchers and which is about to appear in the Journal of Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis. Although associated to the EMO session, we are also welcoming other high quality papers in all theoretical, developmental, implementational, and applied aspects of EMO and decision making. Papers focusing on combining EMO and MCDM methodologies are highly encouraged.

Special Issue Aims and Scope:

The goal of this special issue is to present salient current research and application studies, using evolutionary multiobjective optimization methodologies to the general MCDM audience. We welcome high quality papers in all theoretical, developmental, implementational, and applied aspects of EMO and decision making, though papers focusing on combining EMO and MCDM methodologies are highly encouraged.

Submission Process:

Manuscripts should be submitted via the online system of Wiley-Blackwell which can be accessed via Manuscript Central. All papers will be reviewed by at least three different reviewers and should contain unpublished material that is not under review elsewhere.

Papers must comply with the author guidelines of Wiley. Unfortunately, Wiley does not provide a LaTeX template. However, in order to make the preparation of your manuscript easier, we provide a simple sample file which complies with the requested guidelines and which is based on LaTeX's basic article format.
